I'm Nicola McCay, an NLP and NLP4Kids Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Art Therapist (CBAT), and Hypnotherapist for Children based in the small town of Lifford, Donegal. I am dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and young adults overcome their mental and emotional challenges through a blended approach that integrates very effective evidence-based practices.
